Autoflows vs Numa AI
Numa’s Smart Inbox pulls all your inbound messages into one place, and it is good at it, for US dealers. Autoflows handles the aftersales side for European dealers: calls, follow-up, messaging and customer feedback.

An inbox, or a full platform.
Numa brings your inbound channels into one inbox and handles calls well. Autoflows adds the proactive side: it works out who you should be contacting, reaches them by call, email, SMS or WhatsApp, and tracks customer experience along the way. Numa is strong in the US; Autoflows is built for Europe.

Four things Numa doesn’t do.
It works outside the US
Numa runs only in the US. Autoflows covers 10 European markets, UK, Denmark, Germany, Norway, Sweden, France, Finland, Italy, Spain and the Netherlands, each with its own voice, compliance and DMS integration.
It reaches out first
Numa handles the messages coming in. Autoflows also builds the list of who to contact, using DMS data to spot who is due for service or declined work last time, so you are not just waiting for the phone to ring.
WhatsApp, which Numa doesn’t do
Numa covers voice, SMS and email. Autoflows adds WhatsApp, which a lot of European customers use, triggered by the same DMS events as your calls, with no extra setup.
Feedback across the whole journey
Numa tracks how your messaging performs. Autoflows measures customer experience across sales, service, test drives, lost customers and non-buyers, and is used by VW Group Sweden, Audi Sweden and K-Auto Finland.
Frequently asked questions
Numa’s Smart Inbox is built for US dealerships and is not set up for European DMS systems, GDPR, or the language and rules of EU markets. Autoflows is built for European aftersales and is live in 10 markets.
It brings customer texts, web chat and Facebook Messenger into one dealer inbox. Autoflows goes further, adding phone calls, WhatsApp outbound, reminders that fire from your data, and live DMS booking and history.
Numa focuses on inbound messaging. Autoflows does both, inbound calls and six kinds of outbound call triggered by your DMS data.
