These Terms of Use (“Terms”) apply to (1) your visit to and use of Autoflows.com (the “Website”) and (2) access to the Autoflows software platform and related services (the “Service”). The Website and Service are provided by Autoflows (“Autoflows”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

By using the Website, or by accessing the Service, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Website or Service.

 

1. Website Use

You may use the Website for informational purposes and to contact Autoflows. You agree not to:

  • attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Website or related systems;
  • disrupt, damage, or interfere with Website functionality or security;
  • upload or transmit malicious code or harmful content;
  • scrape, copy, or reuse Website content except where allowed by law or with written permission.

Autoflows may restrict access to the Website if misuse is suspected.

 

2. Service Use (Autoflows Platform)

The Autoflows platform is a Software-as-a-Service solution provided to business customers under separate commercial agreements.
If you access the Service as a user of an Autoflows customer, you must:

  • use the Service only for authorized business purposes;
  • follow your organization’s policies and instructions;
  • keep your login credentials secure and confidential;
  • notify your organization or Autoflows if you suspect unauthorized access.

Autoflows may suspend Service access to protect customers, the platform, or legal obligations.

 

3. Data and Privacy

  • Autoflows processes personal data only for purposes defined in contracts and the Privacy Policy.
  • Autoflows does not sell personal data.
  • Use of the Service is also governed by applicable Data Processing Agreements between Autoflows and its customers.
  • You must not input or process personal data in the Service unless authorized by your organization and permitted by applicable agreements.

4. Intellectual Property

All rights to the Website and Service (including software, design, text, graphics, trademarks, and documentation) belong to Autoflows or its licensors.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission, except where allowed by law.

 

5. Availability and Changes

Autoflows aims to keep the Website and Service available and secure, but availability is not guaranteed.
We may update or change the Website or Service over time. Material Service changes will be communicated to customers through normal channels.

 

6. Disclaimer

The Website and Service are provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Autoflows disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for purpose, and non-infringement.

 

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Autoflows is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill resulting from use of the Website or Service.
  • Autoflows’ total liability relating to the Service is limited to the amounts paid by the relevant customer to Autoflows in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8. Termination of Access

Autoflows may terminate or restrict access to the Website or Service if required by law, customer instruction, or suspected misuse/security risk.
Service access also ends when your organization’s agreement ends or your organization removes your access.

 

9. Updates to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date reflects the current version. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
