A phone line, or a full platform.
Pam handles inbound calls well. It does not run outbound campaigns, send WhatsApp, flag which customers are due for service, or measure customer experience, and it does not connect to European DMS systems.

Four things Pam doesn’t do.
It makes calls too, not just answers them
Pam answers calls. Autoflows also makes them: six kinds of outbound call, from service reminders and appointment confirmations to follow-ups and recalls, all triggered by your DMS data.
European DMS, not just DealerFX
Pam mainly connects to DealerFX. Autoflows connects to 15+ European DMS systems, Keyloop, Nextlane, Incadea, Tacdis, Helios and Solteq, plus motor registries like DVLA, DVSA and RDW.
WhatsApp, which Pam doesn’t do
In Europe, a lot of customers use WhatsApp. None of the US tools, Pam, STELLA, Numa or Conversica, offer it. Autoflows does, triggered by the same DMS events as your calls and texts.
Both sides of the phone
Pam focuses on the calls that come in. Autoflows covers both, the calls you answer and the ones you make, so the outbound side is not left to manual work.
